Multiple Trading Accounts and Multiple Currencies
Kanga Traders Room supports Multiple Trading Account creation under a single Profile. Customers can open multiple trading accounts under one profile in different currencies and different leverage levels. Users can transfer funds from their wallet to their trading accounts and back. If there are any fund transfer commissions on currency conversions and credit provision calculations are configurable.
IB Registration & IB Area
From within their Traders Room Profile, your IBs can have access to their introduced clients and commissions . Commissions are consolidated and can also be analyzed. They also have access to marketing material, affiliate links and banners. From their Profile, IBs can also open their own Trading Accounts.
Support, Chat, Helpcenter
Using the Traders Room’s Online Support area your customers are able to communicate with you by sending messages and opening tickets. With the Live Chat they can have direct communication and personal service, since the interaction is real-time. Conversations are stored in the Kanga CRM.
